About RE Engine
We're building the data and AI infrastructure that powers a new generation of real estate investment software — and we use it ourselves to ship products that wholesalers, investors, and institutions actually run their businesses on.
Why we exist
Real estate investment decisions are still made with incomplete data, manual spreadsheets, and gut instinct. The tools available to investors are either built for institutions and priced accordingly, or built for marketing and skip the actual analysis. We thought that was a solvable problem.
RE Engine combines direct MLS data, public records, computer vision, and large multimodal AI models into a single intelligence layer. Then we build software on top of it — Deal Run for individual investors and wholesalers, Flat Rate Wholesale for our own brokerage operations, and Offers for institutional buyers.
We're not building another CRM or marketing tool. We're building the analytical engine that sits underneath every investment decision — from the first comp pull to the final offer calculation.
Operator-built
Our founder has done 6,600+ real estate transactions over 15+ years across wholesale, rehab, brokerage, and lending. We build the tools we wish we had when we were closing deals.
Data + AI together
We don't bolt AI onto a database. The data pipeline, the models, and the user-facing tools were designed as one stack. That's how we get analysis time under a minute.
Multi-product, one platform
Three live products today, each solving a different real estate workflow. They share a single data layer, AI infrastructure, and authentication — built once, used everywhere.
Built on Google Cloud
Cloud Run, AlloyDB, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Cloud Scheduler. Multimodal AI through Gemini for property photo analysis. Production from day one.
Built by an operator, not a spectator
RE Engine was founded by Adam Lambert, a real estate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience and 6,600+ closed transactions nationwide. He's been in the living room with sellers, negotiated on the hood of a car, and closed deals on both sides of the table — wholesaling, rehabbing, landlording, novations, subject-to, retail sales, brokerage, and hard money lending.
Before RE Engine, Adam led real estate investment, title, and brokerage operations, including leadership roles at a large Houston finance brokerage and investment company and several national home builders. He's seen every flavor of the business — from a single wholesaler running off a phone, to institutional buyers acquiring thousands of homes a year.
The thread across all of it: investors are still piecing together their analysis from too many tools, paying too much for data that doesn't talk to itself, and spending hours on workflows that should take minutes. RE Engine is the platform Adam wanted twenty years ago, finally possible because the underlying AI is finally good enough.
What We Build
Data Infrastructure
MLS ingestion, property record enrichment, deed history, and market data pipelines that power everything we do.
AI & Machine Learning
Purpose-built models for property valuation, photo condition assessment, repair estimation, and buyer identification.
Investor Applications
Three live products — Deal Run, Flat Rate Wholesale, and Offers — built on top of the platform and shipped to real users.
Built on Google Cloud
We run a production stack on Google Cloud across compute, storage, and AI. Everything is deployed continuously and instrumented end-to-end.
Infrastructure
- Cloud Run — containerized API and frontend services
- AlloyDB for PostgreSQL — primary application database
- Cloud Functions — event-driven workers and integrations
- Cloud Storage — property photos, generated PDFs, marketing assets
- Cloud Scheduler + Tasks — background pipelines and cron
AI & Models
- Google Gemini — multimodal property photo analysis and condition scoring
- Frontier reasoning models — ARV / ARR estimation and repair pricing
- Internal scoring models — comp relevance, buyer activity, deal fit
- Vision + LLM pipeline — listing photos analyzed alongside structured property data
Where We Operate
Our software works nationwide — coverage is deepest in disclosure states where sale prices are part of the public record.
